Hanming Precision Machinery has successfully completed the annual surveillance audit of its ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, with zero non-conformities raised.
The audit covered the full scope of our operations — precision mold manufacturing, CNC machining, EDM, grinding, inspection and shipping — including document control, calibration management, traceability and corrective-action tracking. The auditors specifically noted the strength of our first-article inspection discipline and the completeness of dimensional reporting supplied with export shipments.
“The audit result reflects how the team works every day, not how we prepare for auditors,” said our quality manager. “The next step is extending our digital inspection records so customers can download dimensional reports directly with their shipment documents.”
Certified documentation is available to customers on request, and audit summaries can be included in supplier qualification packages.
