Answers to the questions international buyers ask us most. If your question is not covered here, send it through the contact form — an engineer, not a script, will answer it.

What tolerances can you hold?

Our standard machining tolerance is ±0.005 mm, with ground components held to ±0.002 mm where the application requires it. Wire EDM work is typically ±0.005 mm. If your drawing calls for tighter tolerances, tell us during quotation — we confirm feasibility feature by feature rather than guess.

What materials do you machine?

Metals: aluminum alloys (6061, 6063, 5052, 7075), stainless steels (303, 304, 316L), brass, copper, mild steel, tool steels (H13, SKD11, 718H, P20, S136) and titanium (Grade 2 / Grade 5).

Plastics and non-metals: PEEK, Delrin (acetal), PC, ABS, PA66, PTFE and epoxy glass. Material certificates are provided on request.

What is your minimum order quantity?

For CNC machined parts there is no strict MOQ — we regularly run single prototypes as well as production batches. For molds and dies, the project itself is the minimum. Low-volume pricing simply reflects setup and programming time, which we quote transparently.

What is your typical lead time?

CNC prototypes: 3–5 working days after order confirmation. Production batches: typically 7–15 working days depending on quantity and finishing. Injection molds and dies: 4–8 weeks depending on cavitation and complexity. Every quotation states a committed lead time, and we send progress updates against that schedule.

What file formats do you accept?

3D models in STEP (.step/.stp), IGES, STL, Parasolid or native CAD (SolidWorks, UG/NX, Creo); 2D drawings in PDF, DWG or DXF. A PDF drawing with critical dimensions and tolerances is ideal even when 3D data is available — it removes ambiguity about what matters most.

Can you provide DFM feedback before we order?

Yes — it is part of our standard quotation. A manufacturing engineer reviews your model and drawing for wall thickness, machinability, tool access, tolerance stack-up and finishing, then returns the quotation with specific, actionable suggestions. You decide which suggestions to apply.

How do you ensure quality?

Every part passes through documented inspection gates: first-article inspection before the batch runs, in-process checks at defined operations, and final inspection before packing. We use CMM, optical projection, profilometers and calibrated gauges, and can supply full dimensional reports, material certificates and heat-number traceability with your shipment.

Are you ISO certified?

Yes. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, and we maintain a controlled calibration schedule for all measuring equipment. For automotive and medical programs we can also work to PPAP-style documentation requirements.

Will you sign an NDA?

Gladly. Mutual NDA is our default for new customers, and we can work with your template or ours. Files are shared internally only with the engineers working on your project.

What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with the balance against B/L copy for production orders, or 100% T/T in advance for prototypes. L/C at sight is accepted for larger programs. Payment in USD or EUR.

How do you ship orders?

We quote EXW or FOB Qingdao and ship by air, sea or express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) depending on your urgency. Export documentation, packing lists and certificates are prepared to match your import requirements, and parts are packed with protective, corrosion-resistant materials.

What after-sales support do you provide?

Every project keeps a dedicated engineer as your contact after delivery. If a dimension is ever questioned, we investigate with our inspection data and respond within 24 hours. Repeat orders are produced against the archived program, so the second batch matches the first.
